These people are of course part of the 90% of crap that's out there. Bought a gm specific tool that there website shows "in stock" and the same website says "orders placed before 2pm ship same day". Both lies. Ordered it on the 16th got email saying I'll get the tracking number never did emailed 3 times to finally get a tracking number that doesn't work. Oh and told that they didn't stock like their bs website says they do. Real nice waiting for a part like this that had my service truck down for a repair for 3 days now. "I ordered a Victor cutting / brazing torch set and waited for shipping confermation that never came, after 2 days I called their 800 number and left messages with no reply. After I emailed they responded that the manufacturer discontinued that model but the new model was only $190 more, so it went from $299.75 + $28.95 shipping to $489.95 + $28.95 shipping but as a courtesy they would sell me the new model for only $459.95 + $28.95 shipping so only $160 more than the one I ordered. I requested a refund which they did and I bought the "discontinued" model for $359 + Free shipping from CPO . They tried to bait and switch me and I'll never again purchase anything from Auto Tool World. They are a horrible retailer."

"I came upon Auto Tool World by way of a Google search when looking for a particular product. They had it (i thought) at what was a better price than other stores. I ordered it only to find I had ordered the wrong item. I contacted them and got a quick response, indicating that they did not cary the exact item I had intended to order, BUT, they could get it from their distributor and would have it shipped directly at no additional cost to me. They did exactly that. What more could one ask. GREAT customer service!!! "
"Liars and awful business. Needed three related tools ASAP, so I contacted autotoolworld, told them I needed them quick, and they confirmed twice that the items were in stock and ready to ship. So I order and four business days later (six total days) send an email asking if the items have shipped. The only reply I got was an order cancellation notice.
They tell you items are in stock just to get your money!!!!!! Even when they know you need a tool quickly, they lie to you.
