"I purchased my part on November 23rd without issue. The website was easy to navigate and helped me confirm I had the right part. My issue now is with your shipping. I got my email a day or two later stating that my order had been shipped. I also received a tracking number and the link to track my package. I gave it a day or two and then checked to see when it would arrive. The USPS website said it was En route and would be arriving November 28th. When i didn’t receive the package that day I checked the website again and it said it Running late but was on the way. I checked agin the next day and it say my part was I. Chicago.....the next day it said it was in Pittsburgh, PA. Today it doesn’t even say where it is. I’m not an immediate gratification person but I would like my product sometime soon. I’m not sure why you use the USPS, I would have paid a little more to have it shipped in a timely manner. I own 2 Volkswagens and am periodically looking for parts for them. I have to honestly say I will probably not be using your company to fill any future needs....not for the products themselves but strictly on your shipping methods.
