AUTOHANCE = AUTO CHAMPS

"So on Monday I placed an order online for some coilovers for my Honda Accord, three days later I didn't receive a email for the tracking information. So I decided to call them. when I called Joe answered, very polite guy and very helpful, I told him what was going on he looked up my order and when he finally got back on the line he gave me some bad news. The coilovers I placed on order were no longer available but they did have the next model up available. I chose to opt for the coilovers they had in stock after speaking with Joe. He explained the difference between the two and the advantages of them, he even went further on to ask me what the dimensions of my wheels were and at what point I should align them. To me this information was critical since I really do not have too much experience with lowering cars, so I greatly appreciate the time Joe took in explaining. Not only did Joe help by giving me advice, since the coilovers I originally ordered were not in stock he 2-day shipped them to me which was paid by AUTOHANCE. I have no complaints and am very satisfied with the customer service I received. I will definitely be buying from them again."
