"The part that I needed was advertised at an attractive price online so I went ahead and ordered, only to receive an email saying the item was out of stock and on long back order and saying my order was cancelled. Having paid with paypal I then had to wait for BACS to clear the payment, before paypal could refund my money, while also having to hunt elsewhere for the part.
If you haven't got the part don't list it and waste everyone's time. When one receives an order confirmation, one should then expect to receive delivery - not an oops we didn't count our stock properly."
