wrong part, great service anyway

"After considerable research and some phone calls, AZ sent the part, with best hopes and intentions. Alas, it could not be made to fit. I ascribe this to the variations within model years of Volvo. You and I, we did the best, and the entire service (sending, responsiveness, return of part) went smoothly, effectively, professionally. I am impressed with AZ, and particularly with your man Jaimee. Quality Parts & Quick Shipping

"These idler pulleys were exactly what I had hoped for. Very nice quality. One of the two was identical to the OEM idler pulley that I replaced. Shipping was quick too.

Would have given 5 stars, but order status information on the AutohausAZ website was not kept current. It showed shipment pending up until the day of delivery.

Where’s the quality control?

"I’ve used auto haus for over 7 years. Initially, they were excellent. However, had problems with my last 2 orders. My previous order, I was “downgraded” on the air filter I purchased with no explanation or refund for the difference. Having no luck getting through to anyone on the phone, I sent a very descriptive email detailing my concerns.. crickets... it’s has been over 2 years since that experience, so I decided to give them another shot. This order included 4 oil filters. One has a dent larger than a quarter on the crease. Hope it doesn’t have a tiny hole.... where is the quality control???? For the record, the air filters in this order were unscathed, so this wasn’t caused during shipping. Probably, my last order with auto haus. The minimal savings aren’t worth the headaches. "

"I ordered a part on November 18, 2018, and paid for 2 day shipping. Never received or saw a status of delivery change. Called customer service on November 30 and still waiting for a call back. So far customer service and overall service is non existent at this company "
