He said he will call by the end of the day and let me know the status. It is past closing time and no call! What did I expect?
In addition, I had called and left messages indicating the urgency of getting the correct part. No response to any of those messages.
Appallingly bad service with a total lack of taking any responsibility to correct the problem they created.

Allow me to relate my recent June 2019 experience. As It turns out Autohaus AZ extends the factory warranty on a fuel injection item that I require. Furthermore, a purchase made three years ago was now twelve days beyond their generous three-year extended warranty period. Having discussed this with a sales agent, I received a returned phone call within an hour explaining that the sales agent’s supervisor would be willing to honor their three-year warranty! What is even more significant is that the warranted item(s) was of substantial value.

"FIrst of all, I own an e38 V12 BMW and AutohausAZ is by far the best resource for OEM parts I have found. Sure I can get many things like a fuel pump for less than a third the cost elsewhere, but the reliability of cheap Asian car parts is very questionable, actually the stuff is typically junk.
What really impressed me with my latest order, and I had spent a lot more to get the (German OEM) parts from AutohausAZ vs a competitor- on the one hand to support their business, and on the other to get the real German/Euro manufactured parts. What impressed me was they were out of the relay I needed as well as the washer pump in their warehouse and drop shipped the parts from another source and the relay they sent was a German OEM relay which was arguably nicer than the budget one I had ordered. All this happened seamlessly and they informed me through email what was happening and there was no delay in delivery so I could proceed with my repairs immediately.
When I pulled the original VDO OEM fuel pump which had lasted 24 years, and the replacement I had gotten was the exact same VDO fuel pump, the feeling of confidence installing that is a really good feeling.
