"I ordered a rear lift strut for my E 61 wagon. The box arrived however the part was not in a parts bag. It was tossed in with the packing materials, so the strut was free to float around and rattle and there wasn’t enough packing materials. When I took the part out, I then noticed the clear bag with the part number labels etc. simply thrown in. The question is, why take it out of the wrapper only to throw it in the box with the strut?? Slight scuff but other than that the item worked as needed.

"Parts didn’t go out on time. First time I called customer support said the parts had shipped which they hadn’t. The next time I called the customer support person was great and had the parts shipped over night. "
