"ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been shopping for Mercedes-Benz parts through AutohausAZ for several years now. Normally they've been pretty good except I've been experiencing an uptick in issues. Recently I placed an order for a bunch of rubber bushings and got an email back saying one part number was out of stock at all warehouses and there was no backorder date at all. I noticed on their site that there were 2 different brands for the same part with only a very slight difference in the part number. There was plenty of that number/part but if I didn't just ask, they would've screwed me over. Very simple thing that they should've been able to handle.

There was another issue with a follow up order for the same project. I order a left and a right upper control arm assembly. The 2 boxes were correctly labelled with the left part number and the right part number but the right box contained another left upper control arm...already opened as well. It had hammer marks on the end like someone tried to beat it in but then gave up and returned it...in the wrong box.

Main thing is...if the company makes a mistake and screws up your project, I would expect they would immediately send the correct part out with a return label for sending the wrong part back. AutohausAZ makes you wait, delays your project, and puts the work on you by requiring you to send the wrong part back first, print out the label, drop off at FedEx, wait for them to receive it, then wait for the new part to show up.

Moral of this story...I'm done with AutohausAZ. I'll find parts somewhere else.

UPDATED REVIEW: As promised, Mike from AutohausAZ reached out to me directly. He took the time to listen to my situation and then offered some explanations as to how their exchange policies are written. I didn't realize they are a family owned business and that definitely changed my perspective a bit. Mike treated me as a valued customer and provided an alternative way to handle this situation that really went above and beyond. He also took the time to listen to some other small issues I've been noticing lately and I got the impression that he really does care about the customer first and foremost. He even called me when the correct part was in his hands and ready to ship out to me!

My opinion has been changed...thankfully...and I will continue to use AutohausAZ as my go-to for MBZ parts. They really are a great company and I'm glad this worked out positively!"
