"First, my experience was generally awesome. I ordered 2 front headlights for my Volvo XC90, because my wife hit a deer on the road. The price point was excellent, the lights were perfect, they came undamaged, I installed them and they work just like new. But... they took about 10 days to get here. They didn't offer a faster shipping method, even if I was willing to pay for it. As a customer, I would have really appreciated a faster delivery. I would have paid... and appreciated having a working car in a few days instead of 2 weeks. That said, I would order from them again, and recommend them to others. "

"Product came quickly but was defected - I just ate the loss because of the hassle to ship back, and I reused old wiring harness on the left side. Don't expect everything to work !!!! Also the wire harness on the right side was too short but did work luckily, but had to cut the factory hookup and rewire to reach without damaging right new tail light harness. Too much time to fix something that should work new outta the box , so sick of Chinese crap not working. Just go to your local junkyard youll do better... "

"They didn't send me the headlights that were in the online photo. They deliberately post different photos to deceive people. Then when you want to return the product they refuse to pay return shipping and handling. Horrible customer service. AND TO TOP IT OFF the headlights that they did send( supposedly O.E.M.)didn't even have all the parts to it. I'd have to take pieces from my old headlights and put them on these to even get them to fit. "
