"Purchased headlight set for my 2005 Nissan Titan. Within two month the right side started building moisture. Company first told me because the weather. Headlight build moisture. When I told them never had that happen before was told headlight is still under warranty but I have to pay $49.95 for shipping. They sell defective product and then want to charge you for replacement. Will never do business again. Tell people to stay away from this company. "

"I bought two new headlights for my Tacoma. Got them professionally installed and 3 months later the driver's side got moisture inside. I contacted Auto Lights & Bulbs for a replacement and they said I first had to order the a new headlight (54.95) and pay for the shipping (39.95) before they would send it to me. Their website advertises free shipping on all products, so why make me pay? The kicker cam when they said they would not honor the warranty until I send them back the defective headlight - another 39.95 in shipping costs. So the net result was I am out $24.95 on a product that has a warranty. Quite the crock of crap if you ask me. Either you warranty a product or you don't, which means the consumer does not have to pay for a replacement - any part of it, including the shipping. Will not deal with these guys again. Any company with that kind of integrity does not deserve anyone's business. "

"I got a broken part in shipping and they do not cover shipping either way. Said it had to be sent to the factory to see if it was covered. Only communication is via e-mail. No tracking info provided had to request it. It was just past 30 days but still I sent a pic of broken part. Should have read there exchange policy it says no shippng covered. "
"Bought 600 dollars in headlights. Wrong part even though the website had the EXACT SAME OEM NUMBER as the one the dealer told me I needed AND it arrived broken. Company stalled my emails until 30 days was up and denied me a refund. I have 30 days to return this item FROM DELIVERY date, NOT PURCHASE date but company still denied refund. Even if I had gotten a refund they demanded a 12% restocking fee and for me to pay return shipping for an item they sent to me broken!
