"Pointless to spend extra on warrantee because they don't stand behind their product. They haven't tried once to even try and help me in the situation i am in. I have spent more money trying to get a replacement light in 3 weeks then if i would have just bought a new one. Its the biggest waste of time and money. They also expect me take my whole truck apart, buy a factory bulb to put in so no water gets in there while i send my LED back. Put my whole truck back together, wait for the new light to come back (my guess it never will since their system is so screwed up. probably just another excuse) then do it all over again. take it all back apart put the new one in and put it all back together. Its such a waste of time and money! If the bulb doesn't light up then its broke simple as that. just replace the light!! Its one plug, not like I can change parts and maybe make it work. I don't mind sending the light in after i get the new one so i don't have to waste so much time, money, and energy. Im not willing to ruin my lights in a new truck just because they want to play games and make everything a pain when clearly the light is bad!! No warrantee should ever be this bad thats why people buy it! They also should have a phone number for this department since they like ignoring emails as well. I have had to send multiple to even get a reply back. I travel nonstop and can't go everywhere with one different light Much less I have already been pulled over for it. I have never had this much trouble with a headlight company much less any company special having a shop and selling alot of their product. "
