"Ordered a light bulb only to find it was not as advertised. Sent directly back as it was brand new in the packaging never used. Worst nightmare with regard to online shopping came true. Not only did I pay for shipping they overcharged a 12% restocking fee because they can get their math right basically spent $37 for them falsifying the product they advertised. Unfortunately some of my friends got duped also they will send you an email claiming you ordered the wrong part so they can justify charging you and not refunding all your money so regardless they make something of every transaction even when they make a mistake. Do not make the same mistake I did, too risky and odds are good you will get scammed to."

After installation, which cost $100 due to having to remove the bumper, one headlight could not be adjusted and it shot light way up hig so I had to pay another $100 to remove the new pair & reinstall my old headlights. Because they wouldn't send me a replacement until I sent the defective one back, I returned the pair. I'm out $200 with nothing to show for it. Buyer beware. I couldn't afford $300 worth of installation fees on top of the cost of the headlights. Lesson learned: sometimes a good deal really isn't."
