"Although the time between order and delivery was a tad long both the primer and paint ordered were delivered. The primer was substituted for another (better) product -- at no extra charge -- with a written explanation which I appreciated. Following instructions in applying the primer and the finish paint (on my car's front bumper quarter panel) resulted in a better-than-expected "end product". It appears that there was never any "damage" to the quarter panel!!!
The key to achieving a great paint job is applying the correct paint (i.e. car paint code) and following instructions to the letter. I am totally 100% satisfied with the paint product and customer service from AUTOMOTIVE TOUCHUP.
My only suggestion would be to inform the customer -- to the best of your ability -- of the potential delay in product delivery in order to manage the customer's expectations. "

"Ordered from you guys 3x as each time the results of the clearcoat were horriffic. The product takes sometimes three weeks to arrive. The tech help responses are NOT timely. Takes this "Mona", (the ONLY ONE allowed to help the customers), days sometimes to respond. The instructions from you can, website, and this technician "Mona" are often contradictory. I read on the internet that i should wetsand before clearcoat, but Mona says not to. As result, the basecoat had imperfections and i had to re-do the whole job! Then i get swirls in the end from wetsanding, but Mona says my compound needs to be finer to get out the swirls and i should go right to polishing. I polished and polished but the swirls did not lessen. Wasted hours. Should have used MORE compound to get out swirls after wet sanding, as the internet says. I am NOT ordering product for a fouth time! NIGHTMARE!"
"This is third body repair on my wife's 2009 Sonata. These were small dings that required outward blending of color. The base color is SV which is metallic. The color match and blending was perfect for each repair over a couple years. I top-coated with the Urethane clear which provides a durable glossy finish. I don't consider any other coating. Automotive Touchup is my first go-to."
