"Well I've ordered touchup paint from these folks for 4 different cars and I find them to match pretty well. recently I've bought touchup paint for a 2022 Auto and I thought I'd order from the auto maker I did and it didn't turn out well at all. Was very thin and runny so I tried a brand on the net other then the "Touchup" brand and it also would not come out of the felt tip or the pen type applicator either. Total junk. SO I went to Touchup and now it's the only place I will buy from now on. On tip is make a trip to a store and buy a very small inexpensive artist brush, like a 000 for the very small rock chips. Return was refused and was told no refund and I would be charged if I wanted a new order with correct color if mocha steel. I gave correct correct code on order but not the name as it was not on the vehicle and I did not have it. When we went to use it discovered color was wrong. I checked on Chevy color site and found that the code is for mocha not Graystone. Since right code was given at time of order why was color wrong?

"Touch up paint can be hard because there can be variations within the same paint code. Luckily I was painting a mirror cap but the paint I ordered was nearly a dead match. Kuddos to the mixers for nailing my paint code."
"Paint match was 5 star! However Clearcoat was very sloppy when applied with cap brush. It leaked down the stem of the cap brush onto the surface. When wiping off, Clearcoat left smudges on surface on other parts of car that didn’t need repainting. Overall, happy with color match, but you may be better off not using the Clearcoat. I regret it. "
