"This was 1 of 2 orders that had to be returned because it was the wrong radio. The order process had all of the controls in place to be accurate, including manually inputting the unit #; however, twice the wrong radio was shipped despite assurance it would be the right one. Also, one of them was in poor condition but had a clean rating. I wouldn't have installed it if it were the right one."

"If there was a score of 0, that is the level of satisfaction I had when dealing with your business. I was sent the wrong part, no big deal, but all attempts I have made to contact the business have been met with utter exasperation and irritation due to lack of caring and customer care. I have been placed on hold literally by the clock for 1 hour. I finally had to hang up. I have emailed and called 6 different times and only once did I ever speak with a person, and even then she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I will never use Automotix again! "There was a mix up over a part. I ordered a part for the passenger side, but the drivers side was shipped. I contacted them and they quickly corrected the problem and shipped out the correct part. "We had a problem with the engine once it was installed - had a knock - called and they sent out an "adjuster" who claimed to not hear a knock and also claimed that the tech didn't either which is not true - I sent two managers to listen to the engine with the tech and has obvious knock - called and they want to send adjuster again - I've been operating dealerships for over 35 years never had this type of situation - what they think I want to pull the motor and install another at my expense? No - I need the vehicle fixed so once they get done dicking us around and send me another engine we will install it at our expense - waste of time for no reason"
