"I read about this company on the web site. So I decided to try them and ordered a part for a 2011 Jaquar. Once ordered they sent the part within a few days. However they sent the wrong part. Can't get in touch with them it's been over a week and you only have 30 days. I am a Christian man so I'm not going to curse and rant because I truly believe God will intervene and either show them their wrongness toward their customers/fellow man or eventually this company will be dissolved. "I ordered an engine control model for my 2002 Honda Civic LX with the 1.7 gasoline engine. I gave them the correct part number. Once it was installed at Auto Nation Honda dealer the module started popping engine codes. The codes were for a Honda Civic vtec engine. I called their customer service and when the saw my order she said, "someone pulled the wrong part." They were willing to replace the part. I asked if they reimbursed for the install. The customer service representative informed me Automix does not reimburse to have parts reinstalled when ithey make a mistake. It cost me $639.12 to have the 2nd replacement module put in. I believe integrity should be involved when a company sees they made the mistake. "
