"Shipment was a huge pain.. Auto parts network called the shipping company and told them I was out of the country when I wasn't which put my parts off the scheduled delivery time. Parts had dents and dings in them. Not at all satisfied. Customer service would have done alright really if they would have gotten all my information to the shipping company that was needed and an update on the website would have been extremely helpful."

"The original part arrived quickly but had a manufacturer defect. I was told I would have a replacement on Friday. On Monday I called several times no one answered even though it was their normal business hours the machine acted as if it were after hours o Tuesday the machine put me on hold but no one ever answered. On Wednesday I finally got someone to answer. He said a couple of people had called in on Monday and Tuesday they hadn't been able to catch up he couldn't find my replacement info because he wasn't the person I had talked to and that guy wasn't there today he did go check with shipping and found out that my part was in the mail for delivery that day. Bottom line I found the people friendly and helpful when I could talk to the they obviously need more help and a better order tracking system I would give them a second try the price was good and everyone has an off day but I might be leery if I was in a hurry"
