"i was ordering a heater core for my Mitsubishi Galant ES 4 cylinder which i couldn't find anywhere i finally found it on this website or so i thought the part was a great price and so i placed my order i got the part extremely fast so i went to the mechanic and to my surprise they told me that the part does not fit my car they showed me what the part in my car actually looked like and it was not at all what was advertised as the part that fit my car so of course i wanted a refund to get a refund you need to request a RMA number which i did days later i never received it via email so i called customer service where i requested for another time for a RMA number he said to check my email and it should be there by tomorrow afternoon and what do you know days later i still never got it and funny thing is you wont get a refund if you send the part back without the RMA number go figure i feel like they are giving the me run around until the days are up of be being able to get a refund so that they wont have to give me a refund but i plan on filing a complaint with the BBB because thats false advertisement because i found out that i can only get that part from the actual manufacture because they dont make them for retail anymore i wish i never ordered from this website "
