I order in stock merchandise and it is stated that it will be delivered in 2 days and I would be happy to see it on Dec. 27 since this was the stated date of delivery. This would be a reasonable expectation considering the weekend and Christmas. It is now Dec.30 and I have heard nothing. So I call to find out what happened and have been told it wasn't shipped till the 27th and to expect it by Jan. 3. This kind of business does not inspire confidence in your company. The least you could have done is contact me re: the delay.The delay I can accept but a lack of professional courtesy I can't. "
