I normally don't respond to fake and innumerate reviews (Who you are? You didn’t sign email.) and I would hope that our customer service representatives take this review under account and no longer answer your questions (That is exactly what they did and you call it service?). Having said that, I will respond since this review is so far away from the truth it is quite funny. Right after you placed your order we informed you by email that this item was out of stock (You didn’t inform me. I noticed that my order is short on delivery only otherwise I would buy it somewhere else.)You contacted us and you said you wanted to wait for it( I said completely opposite and asked for refund three times to three different operators and was trying to speak to supervisor , but they didn’t let me. I asked to send me email to confirm our conversation but succeed only third time.)Well then what is the problem? (One month I can’t repair my car and can’t get refund. You continue to sell on your website the part you don’t have in stoke you are misleading customers. Do you think it is not a problem?) We told you we don't have it, you wanted to wait and you are waiting. If you wanted a refund for it you would have had one, but you wanted to wait instead. So you choose to wait, and you blame us because you are waiting? Sure, that makes sense. Remove the review I can make sure that you get a refund today if you don't want to wait for the part to come into stock. (Are you threatening me to not return my money if I’ll not remove my review? I’ll make sure all customers will learn from my mistake- buying from Autopartsway.com made me problem and nothing else.)
