"I received the SUV Storage drawer as I ordered. I was some what disappointed due to 2: issues,

1. The color did not match the interior of my Cadillac Escalade. I ordered beige in an attempt to match the "Shale" color of my interior. There were no pictures of the colors available so my choice was a guess.

2. The lock on the drawer is impossible to operate. The machining of the slots for the lock is poor at best and it doesn't line up.

I have 6 months to evaluate this item to determine whether or not I keep it...I am undecided at this point. "

"Pat of my order was delayed and did not arrive prior to Christmas (ordered on 12/16) - it said it would ship in 2-4 days. Two smaller items (laser park guide and batteries) arrived on time. I also accidentally included TWO of the carpocket items. I tried to delete one prior to placing order...it did not allow me to delete it and TWO actually arrived (but LATE). I spoke to a representative (twice). The first time was to check on the arrival - she had NO information about shipping (although it did arrive 2-3 days after I called). I spoke to her then and a second time after the arrival of the carpocket(s). She did not give me any help regarding a return. No return authorization, no information about shipping cost, not best method, nothing about documentation.I need to place a THIRD call to get this cleared up."
