The shippig was OK but I have been very desapointed to pay 54$ of Brokerage fee for this GPS. I have received a Power venter at the same time. It was coming from California. I paid over 500$ for it and was 22 pounds of weight, much bigger in size than the GPS and I paid only 10$ of Brokerage fee. "AWFUL! Twice they asked if they could substitute items/parts in our order. Twice we told them NO, we would wait for the items we ordered to come off back order. After waiting three weeks, they simply ignored our requests and instructions and shipped our order with substituted items anyway. Therefore, our counsel has told us that their attempts at "restocking fees" and such are not valid. After multiple emails stating they were going to substitute items, they then stated they never said that and tried to mince words saying they never said they were going to ship what we actually wanted and ordered. When we asked for the specifics of what they wanted to substitute they refused to answer with any details of specificity. Once they said they shipped our order anyway, we asked if they had shipped the item numbers we ordered. They responded with more flim//flam and stated they didn't use those item numbers and said we should "look at your original order", which, by the way, DID state the items we ordered, including the OEM brand name without the OEM part numbers. Horrible, folks who write nasty email responses once they've charged your credit card and who truly act like the stereotypical nasty city folk from whence they came. We highly advise you to stay away! Worth it to pay a little more and avoid the frustration and disappointment!

Autotoys provides no phone #, therefore, you must contact only via email. They stated they are waiting on the expansion Bluetooth kit from grom due to a backorder on the kit which allows you to have AUX, IPOD and Bluetooth all at the same time. They said if we could not wait, they would fill the order with the REGULAR kit and put an IPOD to aux adapter in the box instead.

We replied that we would wait, as we wanted the exact items we ordered or we could just go directly yo Grom Audio and order them there.

We highly suggest using a search engine such as Google with the company name (Autotoys.com and/or Sound Connections in Fort Lee, NJ) for other peoples' experiences and reviews.
