"Arrived, by UPS, 5 day after I placed the order. It was a perfect fit for the OEM actuator. Already had the panel removed so it took about 30 min. and I marked the linkage with paint to avoid adjustment issues. Checked wiring to make sure it worked insync with door locks (as one blog said it's a 50/50 chance you will get it right the first time, I had to switch the leads). It was a little noisier than OEM but it works like a charm. Very happy with Autoys.com"

"Car stereo and subwoofer ordered in June, got subwoofer, offered replacement for outo stock stereo, said yes I will take it, they shipped it, emergency took me out town, delivery was not made, it got returned. Emailed and asked them to reship. they repsonded 'Will you be be there this time to accept it?' responded with weork address which someone is always there. Thats the last I heard form them. Its September now, still no music in my car."

"Placed my order on 8/5/2011. Received regular updates of the process of my order including UPS tracking #. When I didn't receive the order within 7 days, I tracked the package on UPS which had been wrongly shipped to WA instead of GA. Received the order 14 days after ordering. I inquired about the delay. Customer service told me it wasn't their fault and the original label had my correct address, but the original label clearly shows Woodland, WA 98674 and coincidentally my order number is the same as the errant zip code...
Anyhow, I made an error (which they were sure to point out) when I placed the order (wrong harness) and inquired about an exchange to which I was told all shipping charges for the exchange would be my responsibility. When I reminded them of their shipping error and asked for a compromise on the exchange, I was told it wasn't their fault they refused to compromise.

After several unsuccessful emails back and forth with customer service I wrote this review. After I placed my order with another company that offered the harness for a lower price and free shipping, I received an email from autotoys customer service offering free shipping.

Seems autotoys is more interested in passing the buck and pointing out "his error" referring to my mistake in the ordering process. I accepted responsibility for my mistake and simply asked for grace since I was inconvenienced by their shipping mistake (or whomever they chose to drop-ship the order). They continually deny responsibility for the shipping error and from the start have been accusatory of everyone but themselves for the shipping error. Luckily I was able to remedy my mistake with another company and for less $ out of my pocket. "
