The cables could easily have been mailed in a flat-rate USPS Priority Mail envelope, with some bubble wrap, for $5.60. It probably would arrived in about the same time, but if it had taken a day or two longer, it wouldn't have mattered. No one asked me if I needed the part urgently. Not everything needs to be shipped quickly. I feel like I paid $10 for nothing."

I reported him (one-horse operation; no other support) to the New Jersey Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. This guy is dishonest; he has nothing but excuses for what happens.
