The web site for building the PC was easy to use. It would have been better if the Graphic card listed what video ports would be available.
Comms was good with emails keeping me updated of progress.
The PC came with good instructions on how to finish the setup. Build quality seems fine so far (11 days after set-up) although the Avaxos label on the front of the PC's case is peeling off.
All in all a good experience"

"Avaxos was very helpful with my custom order. They answered all questions I had and helped me build the machine step by step the way I wanted it.
The one thing that could be improved would be their response time, which was around 1-2 days every time I sent an email, and given that we had a lot of email exchanges it took some time to sort it out.

"Just received my second PC from Avaxos (first one was in 2019, and it only recently died). Very nice ability to customise so many details of the PC. The website perhaps does not make it quite clear what each 'type' of PC means (what really is a 'home/office' PC compared to a 'top spec' PC or a 'workstation'?), so you have to click around a bit, but I think you get a good PC at a reasonable price. There only seemed to be one PC case that had a bay for a DVD drive, so I had no choice but to use that one, since I want a DVD writer in there. Delivered about 10 days after ordering, arrived safe"
