"The item was priced well and promptly shipped. I was disappointed, however, that it shipped unprotected in a plastic mail bag. Nothing in it was fragile, but the product packaging (a small box) arrived with several dings and minor marks. This wouldn't have been a big deal if it was for me, but I purchased it as a gift and would have preferred a crisp and clean package so it didn't look like I got it out of a bargain basket.
