"Our experience with AvisWatches was abysmal. They have no concept of customer service. They will not even respond to the Better Business Bureau (filed a complaint after they would not respond to numerous calls and emails over many months). The BBB complaint has been closed and found in my favor for obvious reasons. I suspect AvisWatches will be going out of business before much longer. They do not even answer their telephone order line. Stay away!!!"
"i ordered a watch for a graduation gift on 5/24. paid for 1-2 day shipping. i have called the last 2 days about 50 times and always says busy with other customers. I have emailed as well a few times. I asked for it be sent asap for this reason and paid the extra for the it. I have heard nothing. These people dont know how to run a buisness. I own my own and we ship same day, around 500 units a day i ship. They can get a watch out. I wish i could find another place that had this watch IN stock as it said, if they do..please avoid..another day im giving for contact then callin my credit card company..."

"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!! My husband ordered a watch for my birthday from AVIS watches thinking it was a reputable company, however it is far from that! I didn't like the watch so we called and emailed the company to get a "RA" number and address for the return. I must have called 100 times to even speak with someone and finally was able to talk to a person on March 27th. I immediately sent the watch out with a tracking confirmation and received a delivery confirmation on March 31st. It is now the middle of May and I have yet to get a credit to my card. Now I can not get in touch with anyone from AVIS. I left messages and emails and have not gotten a response. This company has the the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You would be better off buying a watch out of someone's trunk...seriously!!!!"

"I regret not having done my research before ordering from this site. I ordered a Armani Exchange watch on 04/18/2011. They were quick to take money but that's all they have done. I've made several attempts to speak to them on the phone but no one seem to ever be avialable no matter what time you call them nor have they bother to reply to my email. This is a terrible company to do business with. I will be filing a formal complaint to BBB and calling my credit card company by end of this week unless I actually manage to speak to a actual representative. I really don't understand why is so hard for them to at least reply to your email letting you know what's hold up. I'm sure many customers wouldn't mind waiting a couple weeks considering great prices. "
"I am very disappoint about this store website. I have ordered a Swatch watch for a birthday gift to my husband on 3/31 and they do not shipped it yet until now. We are already 4/8. My husband's birthday will be next week and I do not think it will arrive on time even they're going to ship it today. Well they took my money fast enough and have many ways for you to pay:) But do not expect any contact after you pay, not even an email saying we have your money!
They never sent me one email, I had to check PayPal to make sure they were paid... Also if you email Sales (as suggested on the phone (Because you are not going to be able to talk to anyone! I tried twice) you are not going to get any emails back.
Basically I am dead to them now that they have my funds. You will be also... Do not be fooled by the fake postings on here, this is not a company you want to do business with!"

Been nearly two weeks and have yet to receive any tracking information however Aviswatches already charged my card. No clue where my watch is or status of order. Have called at least half a dozen times and emailed sales with no response. "This company is ridiculous. I ordered my watch well over a week ago and I have not gotten anything but an order confirmation. To date, I have called 7 times, left 4 voicemails and written 2 emails...all of which got no response. I filed a BBB complaint that also has yet to get a response. This is a gift, and it is passed the time that it was supposed to be give. Every time I call it says "customer service" and then a beep. I have never spoken to an actual employee at this company. I'm not sure how they do business but apparently it's a pick and choose who they want to help because the people below me that rated them well did not get the same service that I did. I actually thought this company was a joke, until I looked them up on the BBB and found other complaints, and their rating as a B-. I'm telling you now, you may get good service, but you should try calling before you order anything to make sure that they will return your phone call. Absolutely terrible business."
