"Horrible customer service. I own a small electronics company - I ordered bulk supplies on 10/20/14. By 11/05/14 I had heard nothing and status showed as back ordered. I contacted them via their email contact form asking if they had an ETA. The only reply I got was the instant automatic reply saying a case had been created. By 11/20/14, 1 month after I placed the order, I contacted them again and asked that the order be cancelled and deleted immediately as I had already obtained my supplies elsewhere. On 1/15/15 I received notice that my order from two months prior had shipped!! I replied immediately again letting them know that I had cancelled the order a month ago. No reply ever from them other than the two automatic replies and they shipped the order anyway and charged my credit card. I will never order from such a disorganized, unresponsive, uncaring company again."
