"I ordered a book on Amazon from them and never received it or a tracking number. They don't ship with tracking numbers although they charge a lot for shipping. I have to wait a month to even file an A to Z claim on Amazon. I really don't think this is a legitimate business. Save yourself the anger and blacklist this seller."

"I ordered a book to read, historical fiction, hardcover, printed in 2013. I believed it was coming from somewhere in New York state. Nothing anything like what I described actually occurred. I received a book from the United Kingdom, printed in 1975, about cooking wild game. Yes, a used, soft-cover "Classic Game Cookery". I felt like they ran out of what I ordered, so they just grabbed something at random off the shelf, and said, this will do. When I first contacted Barnes and Noble (this came through their marketplace), they wanted me to send the incorrect item back, at my expense, insured. Needless to say I was furious. I did receive an apology email and was told to keep the cookbook sent in error (YEAH!?!?---never cooked wild game, probably never will!). So basically throw it away for them. Also, the item I actually ordered is sold out, so now I can order it from Barnes and Noble directly, for $10 more than I originally paid if I decide I still want it. I will not order through Awesome Books USA or Barnes and Noble Marketplace again...not worth the aggravation."
