"I've bought well over 20k worth of audio equipment from Axiom audio over the years.
Their speakers are great but I wouldn't buy any omni-directional speakers from them, they have no resale value due to their power requirements. I decided to buy a couple thinking I could use Axiom audio amps and in over a year I still haven't got it going.
I've went through 2 amps, neither worked and axiom audio put in little effort to fix it for me. Every time I talked to them I had to explain my issues over and over again. I even asked to trade in my stuff for something that works but they wont do trade ins unless I spend a ton of additional money even through their product never worked in the first place."
"Small vendor, no reviews, I'll add mine even though it's been more than a year.
Bottom line: excellent products, excellent vendor, highly recommended
I ordered a full 7.1 set of their Epic 60 speakers for my home theater, got the shipping confirmation email later that evening. I didn't bother checking the tracking numbers figuring it'll probably be a week before I get them.
Surprise! they were at my door 2 days later, about 48 hours total from the time I clicked Buy.
Vendor followed up next day making sure nothing got broken during shipping, asking if I have questions etc... The problem is I could only tell them shipping is fine, no damages but not much more than that. The rest of my A/V equipments arrived in the next few weeks, couldn't test the speakers w/o them.
There were more follow-up's afterwards but we didn't really need any support and too busy enjoying the sound in the home theater :-)
It's been more than a year and the only real problem for us is we now know how bad the sound is in our family room :-("
