"I had originally ordered from this company because of their high rating here at resellerratings.com despite other websites that had the same products for cheaper prices. I ordered from axiontech because their shipping charges were fair and i was actually able to talk to someone on the phone. To me, i won't order from somewhere without actually being able to talk to someone on the telephone. Boy was i glad i did order from them. Off the bat, after ordering a motherboard from them with the cheapest UPS ground service, i noticed when i got it in 3 days (texas-NY) via 3-day select i got a better service than i actually paid for. I had a problem with the board, that it would not boot correctly. After receiving an advance-replacement and sending that one back, i got a working board and was expecting to see a full refund because i was sure the original board was defective. Somehow it passed their tests and after calling to ask about my credit, to make a wordy story short, after explaining my side to Roy (tech support) he found out exactly what had happened to the board since they received it and it was indeed defective and had credited my card promptly (over the memorial day weekend). He had given me the best tech support i've ever gotten and would be glad to order from them again with such exceptional service. Thanks again Roy!!"
"Last Sunday I was shopping for RAM via PriceWatch and, as usual, checking back here on the companies with the lowest prices revealed some horror stories.
So I was surprised to see that one company in this el-cheapo crowd had an 8+ rating. And in my case, they proved it's no bull.
Two 256MB sticks of Infineon PC-133 CAS-2 for $100 and $10 for 3-day shipping via UPS (too bad the Ground option was not available :() from Texas to NY. Arrived last Wednesday, right on schedule. The memory was packaged nicely and works like a charm (knock knock knock on wood!). Ordering via their web interface was quick and easy, all the relevant product info readily accessible. There is no annoying login/password crap to deal with.
My next purchase will be there. I don't care if I could save a couple bucks elsewhere, I want service like this every time."
"this company was fast, effective, and pretty cheap as far as overall cost and shipping. i tried to order my sound card through another company and the shipping cost was over 80 dollars!!!! so i searched around and searched around and found this company. i'm glad i did their shipping was 16 dollars for the same exact card, they had a question about my order concerning my card and asked me to call them. i did and they were very kind and listened. i will make future purchases from this company and have refered them to several friends i think that they are a great company."
"i bought some stuff, and let me say the retail fan that comes with the XP sux, so i called tech support thinking my fan was toast. it worked as it was supposed to, but my CPU was way too hot when gaming. i ended up buying another heatsink, and now run 10 degres cooler under load. the tech guy was helpfull, and suggested globalwin-they ROCK!

"I contacted axion and ordered a keyboard. I was impressed at he way they processed my order in all respects. Unfortanately they somehow comprimised my e-mail. My account is a private account that I have had for 1 1/2 years without a single incient of SPAM. The day of and days after the sale i started recieving SPAM. SO it appears they comprimised my e-mail intentionaly or by ameans out of their control. Ispoke to a representative there and they said that there was no way they was responsible for it. Later I sent and e-mail to "Anderw" He replied with "I do apologize for your frustration.
I believe this is a virus problem. Whether it was sent from Axion, there is always that possibility.
However I ought to explain to you about a new virus that just attacked Houston area.
The virus is called Klez.
Once infected, this virus gather email addresses from the infected computer and starts emailing out emails
with RANDOM "sent to" and "from" address. Meaning, an email sent will not necessarily have the right 'from' address
or 'to' address, and vice versa.
So because of this, we have some who does not know emailing us about some email they receive from us, when in fact
we did not sent it, instead the person you sent it was infected by the Klez virus and the virus put our email address as the sender."
It seems the really go out of their way to prove their innocence. But I trusted them with my e-mail Gosh I wonder how safe my Credit card and other personal information is. In this industry their are so many competitors that you can't afford to be SLOPPY. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR INHERRANT SECURITY ISSUES.

"I must apologize profusely for my earlier comments about this company. They deleted my account and all transactions after I posted it, with good reason. I mixed up two $70 orders, and thought that the second one was the first one, and hadn't shipped.
I hope I haven't damaged their business credit. The comment was on this site for about 6-8 days, so anyone who visited during that time please DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO MY PREVIOUS FALSE CLAIMS!!!

"I will never order from them again. Customer service is somewhat prompt but no way to contact other than web or long distance phone call. They were nice enough to cancel an order for me and then charge 6% of the entire order for stuff that never made it past warehouse. i read the comments prior to purchase, and was attracted by their rating. all i can say is some people should NOT be allowed to buy their own computer products! "I placed an order via phone and faxed a P.O. The Sales Rep was helpful. I was buying PC parts that were to be assembled by Axion. I also added 3 day shipping. This was over a week ago. I was promised that the order would be shipped Friday of last week. It is not here. So I called them to see what was up. They NEVER placed the order. My rep got the fax but the order never got placed. I was counting on the new PC to work on a large project. I am sorry, but with all the competition out there, this should not happen. Especially to a company that has high ratings (??????)
