"This is the second time I've ordered something from AxionTech. Both times, the parts were packaged and shipped fairly quickly. The first time consisted of several different parts, including a chassis, which of course was shipped separately. They broke it up into three packages (I'm assuming to make sure there was no damage). Of everything I've received, it's all functioned well except one of two video cards, which I'm fairly sure is a simple manufacturing flaw (it happens with everything in the world). "I had a particular set of components in mind for a new PC but wanted to avoid the hassle of building it myself. I looked at a variety of places that build systems, and either couldn't get exactly what I wanted or the price got prohibitive.

I'd built systems from parts bought from Axion before and was resigned to do so again when I visited the site this time, but to my surprise they were offering a prebuilt version with exactly the components I was looking for, priced less than what I was expecting to pay for the parts. The only thing I wanted to change was the case, so I called and asked for a different one, immediately got someone with enough experience to help me pick one that was appropriate for the parts I was getting, and 48 hours later (including shipping!) it was on my desk.

The assembly work was well done; certainly better than I would have done myself. The case I chose is notoriously difficult to work with, but that didn't seem to impact either the speed with which Axion delivered it or the quality of the final product itself. "

"Excellent telephone service. Products ship promptly. Excellent prices. Don't rely on the web site for order updates - the site itself does not update shipping info, tracking numbers, etc. RMAs are handled quickly and easily by phone - but not by the web site. In fact, any communications to sales, etc. via the web site go unanswered. Orders by Web are filled quickly, but if you have a problem, CALL!!!"
