"Avoid this company like a plague!

On 2/9/07 I went to Axion to purchases a computer with the following specific requirements:

(1) It has to work on Linux Fedora Core 4.0 as my other systems are all powered by that OS, so they can be compatible with each other.
(2) I would like a 64-bits machine

After a few minute discussion with the sale manager, we agree to remove (2) requirement. But (1) is a must.

After managing to install the stated Linux OS, I found the computer freeze very frequently, I brought it right back the same day in the afternoon, the technician told me they need to replace the video card, then everything should be fine. So they replaced the card, I brought back the computer and reinstalled the software, the problem persisted. I then went back to the store the next day for a return. The manager refused and asked me to come back the following week.

I then came back on the following Tuesday, stating the problem with the computer to the technician. The technician refused to accept the fact that the computer is defect, for the reason that I installed Fedora Core version 4.0, rather than version 6.0.

Fedora Core version 4.0 is a must requirement that I told the sale person since beginning, otherwise it would not be compatible with all my other machines! Yet the technician continued to reject my requirement and insisted a restocking fee!

In addition, the salespersons are so rude to talk to!"
