"I have order a couple of things from this vender without any trouble. My last order had a glitch in it. under his deals tab I noticed Kodak ink cartridge for my printer damaged box qty 6 for a price. so I ordered 1 then I with to shipping which was high for such small items so decided to off set price by buy another box of 6, which the shipping stayed the same. When the box got here I had 2 print cartridge in the box when I went back to the vender's web page to check it out . I noticed that qty was now 4, in stock qty and his qty with on his description line are the same. I called and talk to the vender, explaining what happened and how his web site was confusing. He and I talk he credited me back a fair amount to my credit card. Vender should think about using USPS for smaller items, It would save customers a chuck on shipping. not every thing can be shipped USPS small items like that would have cut the shipping in half. The vender dealt with the problem the right way, make the customer happy. I will deal with this vender again I am sure.

Here is a rundown of how it went:
8/12 - order placed (5-7 day estimated shipping)
8/17 - I email to ask if my order has shipped
No response
8/19 - I email again asking for tracking information
No response
8/20 - I cancel my order
8/20 - I receive an email informing me that the item I ordered has been discontinued.
So basically it took them over a week to figure out that my item was discontinued and they responded to 0% of my concerns.

I have emailed them asking why their site says in stock when I have been getting emails for over 2months saying otherwise. Never got any email response. Stay away from this company."

"I ordered Final Cut Studio from Aztek for a significant discount. I called them first to verify stock and they assured me they still had 2 sets. That was on 9/30. On 10/01 (next day) I called them again to verify that they would ship and that all the payment information was correct. It took them some time to find my order (not very organized, could hear them shuffling through papers). Finally they put me on hold. About 5 minutes later they came back on and told me that there was 1 item left and it should go out tomorrow. I called them again on 10/02 in the morning and asked them again. I got the same shuffling of papers, same wait time, then the person said "um.....how can I tell you this? We don't have any more in stock". Now there was no hype, no pressure and the person I spoke to was very polite each time I spoke to him. I'm just dissappointed that I was essentially lied to about the sale in the first place. No harm done, just a delay as I can get it elsewhere. But will I go back to Aztek again?????? Not likely."
"I ordered a $77 motherboard, they "didn't process" my P.O. for 8 days. I call, they have the P.O. and I explain that now I need it overnighted. Their 8 day mental vacation cost me $50 - my $77 mobo now costs $127. I should mention that after I called to complain, they offered to pay tax?!?! I won't use them again."
"Aztek Computers backordered my entire order for almost a month. When I called to find out if they were ever going to ship any of the items, I was told to call back for 3 days. Now they are not answering their phone at either their local or 800 numbers."
