Product Delivery Time Can be a Shortened . Good Data and Service quality though

"I had placed order for logistics industries lists from this company on 16th June 2017 but I received the data on 23rd june 2017. Though I was said I'd be getting my list within 2 days of my order placement, I got the data almost after a week after the order placement. But the data quality was good and the customer service was better . Since they had kept me posted on the updation of the lists during the waiting time.
Got impressive results from my marketing results by using the lists. "

Overall Good Quality Data and Service. There could've been some cost cutting though

"Pros-
The quality of data one can get from this company is really good, as per my experience I'd like to say that they follow up-to date technologies and software to keep up with the best quality data and data maintenance service.

Cons-
Since they provide the top quality data, their pricing is on the higher side. But its worth it.

Advice to Mgt-
You can compare you pricing with your competition and then make sure you keep the pricing on the optimum side , since higher pricing might make you lose some potential customers , irrespective of your data quality and data management service."

"Bought automotive email lists from this company , they provided good quality data , but their customer service can be improved. Got Good leads from my business marketing, I am happy with the results"
