"I spent $4300 on a grill. Shipped on a pallet to California. Grill arrived and appeared well packed. Once I opened it, it was obvious that my grill was not in an unopened brand new grill, but possibly an unused return. All the accessory boxes had been opened. Screws were falling out of the grill causing a loose piece of metal to bang around inside causing scratches. I asked specifically WHERE the gas port/hookup was as I had to have mine on the left side since my island is custom built. They assured me it was on the left. But it is not. It’s on the right. Also, the dimensions needed for my grill matched the manufacturer specs, it they don’t tell you everything so not I have to cut and drill tile and concrete so the grill will fit. Really disappointed. I complained and we reached a settlement for the damage and the added work I’ll have to do to get my grill installed. I’m sure most people have good experiences here, but I can only give 3 stars here. They just don’t deserve more. I may give them a try in the future, but for now I’ll go elsewhere if I need anything else. Just be careful and don’t trust their answers on specific questions. Do some added research so you don’t run into what I did."
