"I chatted with an "expert" on their website and determined to order a Weber Genesis 2 grill. In the chat I was told that I would have the grill in 5 days. To sweeten the pot and get me to place the order they offered some free Wagyu hamburgers. All seemed good so I placed the order. The next day I was informed that my order would not ship on time as promised, so I checked back with them to see why. They said that the Wagyu burgers were not able to ship. What??? You mean you would hold up a $1300 grill order because the burgers would be delayed?? Made no sense to me. After determining that they were not going to get the grill to me in time for an upcoming event I cancelled the order (which they make difficult to do) and placed an order with Amazon. Of course, Amazon delivered in a couple days. BBQ Guys put a pending amount on my credit card and it stayed there for a few days, then dropped off. To my surprise, they put a second pending on my card a few days later, after i had confirmation that my order had been cancelled. I called Amex and they flagged it. In my view BBQ Guys showed themselves to be dishonest in their business practices, so I will never try to purchase from them again. YMMV "

"I placed my order and it was immediately processed and shipped. Upon receiving it, I realized that I had purchased the wrong part number. I went online and followed the instructions and the return process was very easy (although it took about a week, but I was very happy with the process and ease of the process). It arrived completely unexpected. In my experience once they have your money their job is done. No communication and no follow up on my purchase. No way to leave a reveiw on their site so you only see what they want you to see. Last time doeing business with this far below par outfit. "
