"I have recently purchased a Kamado Joe Classic II as well as several accessories for it. Shipping is free for purchases over $49 and are very timely. All packages have arrived in great condition. Pricing is very competitive with all the other sources like Amazon.
I had an issue with one of the accessories right away and sent an email to BBQGuys and received a reply right away. I asked that the customer support person call me instead of going back and forth. She did and we talked and she was pleasant, understanding and professional. She offered a more than acceptable solution and followed through with that offer.
When I am completely satisfied with a company, I am very loyal and all of my BBQ purchases will now be with BBQGuys. "

"I contacted BBQ Guys to get pricing on and order some outdoor appliances. Their website said to “call for best pricing” on certain items. I was quoted the price on the website and had to ask for the “best pricing”, which didn’t have much of a discount but it was something anyway. I only got the discounted pricing on the requested grill, despite asking for “best pricing” on an outdoor refrigerator that the website said qualified too. I received a few follow up calls and emails asking if I had any other questions before purchasing. I did buy the grill - it took a little longer than expected to receive it (said it shipped in 24 hrs but it looked like it took a few days before it got to FedEx) but it came in good shape and worked great once installed. Overall, I am content with my experience."

"Still waiting to receive an order
I placed an order for a barbecue on May 22, 2023 hoping to have it for a family get together on July 4th. When I ordered it it said it would ship in 24-48 hours. It did say that sometimes it may be a little longer for turnaround.
2 weeks later I checked the website and it said that the grill was on back order but it would ship by June 30th. During the last week of June I emailed the company to make sure it was still on track to ship by June 30th.
I got a very nice email back from Janet in customer service who apologized that it was late but she was going to “keep an eye out” for my order to make sure there are no further delays.
Today is June 30th. The website says the order is processing. I called customer service and the representative was unable to tell me if they are just waiting to ship, or if they have none in stock. She then said that she will get back to me ASAP with the status. I was of course disappointed since my summer will likely be without a grill (and I easily could have ordered from a different company if I knew they had none in stock). But worse is that I just received an email recapping my phone call with the customer service rep, and the email states that someone will be in touch with me within 3-5 business days with an update.
Just awful. I couldn’t with any interfere recommend this company. They have been dishonest with me. If they had told me upfront that it was back ordered or if they had kept their website accurate (which would have said that the item was back ordered not that it would ship in 24-48 hours) I would have gone with a different company. Now, on June 30th it will be impossible to find a company with virtually any outdoor grill in stock."

"Shopping for the products was easy and the online chat helped get my questions answered. Delivery unfortunately was the only issue for me. I received a call from the carrier and was told my products were going to be delivered Monday from 4-8pm and someone would need to be home to received them. My products were left in my driveway on Saturday, two days before they were supposed to be delivered, and of course, we were not home. There were no issues, but there could have been."
