"Bought two grills based on the product, pricing and “free and speedy shipping.” Next day I get an email saying shipping is not free to my address, it’s $706. So I agree to ship it to another location where shipping is free but very inconvenient for me. One grill is shipped free and arrives quickly, but doesn’t work. It’s a small Traeger. Traeger replaces that grill. The other larger grill shows up eight days later at the alternate destination. The original delivery was stated as three days. The freight company emails me it’s out for delivery an hour prior to dropping it inches from our street when no one is home. It is missing its freestanding cart. I check the order status and it says the entire order has been delivered. I have to call customer service to find out the cart was shipped separately and will arrive 12 days after the order was placed. Order status say nothing about a separate shipment."

"I decided to build a BBQ island out back and ordered the three drawer plus access door and a vent panel. They arrived faster than expected. I updated some plans for the island and needed two more access doors and again they arrived sooner than expected. All were in excellent condition and looked nice. I had a little difficulty removing the protective film but managed. I think the prices were a little on the high side but with all that's happening with the inflation, I understand and can deal with it. Now that the island is built and ready for use, I'm happy with the way it looks. Thank you BBQGuys. "
"I want to give a shout out to BlazeGrills/BBQGuys for customer service above and beyond expectations. We purchased a 1 year old home in Ft. Myers in March of 2022. It had an outdoor kitchen with a Blaze Grill and Blaze Outdoor Refrigerator. We loved having and using both but the Refrigerator stopped cooling at the end of 2022. The unit was past it’s one year warranty. I worked with Jacob in Blaze Customer service to replace several parts/controls to try to troubleshoot the problem. These were sent free of charge. Unfortunately, the unit would still not cool. I was then contacted by Charlie who is the Head of Sales. He offered to send me a new unit free of charge given the unit was less than two years old. In today’s day and age where most consumer providers make it difficult to fix/replace things even under warranty, this was an awesome gesture from Blaze. I will absolutely buy products in the future from Blaze and the BBQGuys. Thanks again to Jacob and Charlie."

Not only did my order ship within 24 hours, it was delivered within three days of ordering. The parts were exactly what I needed and are great quality. "I worked with the design team to select equipment, their reviews mentioned how great blaze grills were (found out later that they own Blaze..) when the equipment showed up they had stacked boxes with quite obvious damage, so that the damage was hidden (this was done by BBQ guys staff not the shipper who merely moved the pallet it was all attached to). the drawer unit was destroyed the fridge box had forklift damage, the hood to the 40" blaze LTE grill had a dent that was there prior to packaging up and sending, the access door had scratch marks from being dragged along three screws that dug into it. the hinges had burn marks from the manufacturing process, there literally was not one piece that wasnt damaged. I set up a return and got radio silence from BBQ guys when the shipper missed the delivery date. The packages sat out overnight in the rain and snow and I had to go out and tarp them and clean them to keep them returnable. After returning the packages, I waited patiently for a credit or refund, after 60 days I reached out and got the credit. At the time of the return I had set up to order a different brand than the one they own and push but I was never contacted to re-order anything new. I don't make a habit of chasing companies to make them take my money plus I am nervous that the next order will show up in the same terrible shape from their warehouse. In the meantime the sink and faucet that also came with the stuff are still taking up room in my garage and my landscaper walked away from the project after blaze caused a 3 month delay. my patio is on hold and partially done. NOT HAPPY I USED THIS COMPANY it is no amazon."
"I typically do not leave reviews; however, my bad experience with BBQ Guys and their unwillingness to honor a price quote I received is extremely bad business, in my opinion. I received a price quote over the holidays with an additional discount if I ordered within a short period of time. I placed the order within that time period, but after checking out the final cost that was processed did not include the additional discount nor my BBQ reward points.
After several attempts to reach customer service I receive an e-mail back with an adjusted price. Again, this adjusted price did not match the original quote. After multiple e-mails, BBQ Guys kept changing the price and saying that the adjusted price matched the original offer. This price adjustment was only manipulating the final cost rather than taking the original price of the items less the discount offered. Simple math, correct. Not by BBQ Guys method. They just keep changing the price until you finally give in and accept what they say.
My advice to any future customers, make sure you keep records of your quotes as I did. While it did not help my case, maybe this review will prevent others from having their price quotes changed or think twice before ordering.
