"Recently purchased a grill for nearly $1400. Grill was shipped and arrived at my home a week later. Truck driver unloaded a pallet with a massive box on it that weighed 150 Lbs into my garage & left. Yes, the pallet and contents of the grill were dropped off wrapped with plastic. Spent about 30 minutes, opening the box and all 30 plus boxes inside to make sure all items have arrived, since you do have to put the grill together. Once assembly began found 3 pieces from backing shelves to grilling racks damaged, bent, paint stripped. Contacted BBQGUYS to get a live chat to find out, none of this is their problem. My money is fantastic to them for buying but for any issues i need to reach out to the manufacturer for any warranty disputes. They are simply just the collector of your cash and dump the item off company. I asked if i can get a full refund then since i would assume i have that option being literally a 3 hour old grill at my home. They said that is fine but they need the grill in its "ORIGINAL BOX, ALL OTHER BOXES & PACKAGING BACK IN THE STOCK PLACE." So, essentially it took me an hour to check all my inventory, find that it was damaged and then play lego's with everything to put it back together. I literally spent 4 figures on a grill to waste my time. They didn't care at the end, didn't take my survey, removed me from the email list. All i have to say is if you want a grill, use BBQGUYS as a reference and then go to the main company to purchase and maybe price match. It is 2022 and BBQGUYS Live Chat want you to put your brand new damaged grill back inside 30 boxes and then the main box filled with Styrofoam for a full refund. Learn from my experience and just avoid in general.
If you bought a $8000 grill, lets say Napoleon and it was dropped off, you found it damaged after removing all the packaging. Don't worry BBQGUYS wouldn't give a damn. Thanks for your money, have fun contacting Napoleon. "
