"Not good. A button has fallen off of my first pair already. They sent extra cloths that I didn't order. Instead of offering to have UPS pick up the package they wanted me to take it to UPS. Not until after a few emails and a phone call did they offer for them to come get it. No discounts for the hassel or insentive to shop again after a bad first impression. Cat5 must be the warehouse?
