"I won a auction item on Ebay and paid for it on the sellers site Best PC Deals. The item that I won was NORTON SYSTEMWORKS 2003 PRO + ANTIVIRUS GHOST. I recieved Norton Systemworks Professional 2003 + Antivirus. IT DID NOT INCLUDE NORTON GHOST IN WHICH I NEEDED. I was also over charged by $4.00.
I e-mailed the seller twice to see if I could get the correct version of software replaced and the seller will not return my e-mails. I check his seller ratings and the seller has complaints on not returning e-mails and not providing the correct software. There was another complaint just like mine were the seller sold the same item with out Norton Ghost. I do not feel I got the Best PC Deal. I now have to purchase Norton Ghost and might as well bought the product locally.
