"Terrible...never ever purchase from BHM. I ordered a golf bag for my husband Jan 2011 and it is now Jan 2012 and I have not received the bag. I inquired about shipment in March, June and Oct and was put off each time. I was informed today by BHM, I had not paid for the bag. When I said I was going to call my credit card company and dispute the charge..their response was
"too bad, credit card company will do nothing, it's been over six months". Since my last inquiry was in Oct, 2011, my CC company reimbursed me immediately. I am thinking of calling the attorney generals office. This is fraud to keep peoples money for 6 months and then say too bad."
"Horrible. I placed an order online and the only communication I got was an automatically generated order confirmation. The product webpage said it normally ships in 24-48 hours, and would arrive in 7-10 business days. I checked my account on their site a week later, and the order didn't even show up. I sent an online inquiry. No response. A few days later I sent another online inquiry. Again, no response. Since they only have customer service hours by phone from 12-5 on weekdays, it is difficult for me to call them while I am at work. When I finally was able to, the person was very short with me. He said "it was cancelled." He said it shows that on the order. He apparently didn't believe me when I stated it doesn't show up at all. And he said he replied stating it was cancelled. He never gave a reason for the cancellation, but the product is still available on their site and listed as in stock. "

"This is the worst internet experience EVER. I bought a Sun Mountain Speed Cart and it came damaged because it was not packed in Manuf. packaging. It was also the wrong color. I have spent 7 weeks trying to get an RMA to return and was not able to. I had to go to Sun Mountain and they took care of the repair and even paid the shipping (great company). This AHOLE hung up on me when I tried to get my return. He never responds to email and it will take 20 calls to get through. NEVER EVER buy from this guy. BTW, this is my first ever negative rating as i always give a fair chance to settle problems"

"Free shipping over $75 dollars is a hoax on two items. You will get one and they will charge you whatever they want for shipping without telling you and then never answer their phone! "I agree with "eagle111" in some cases regarding BHM and then have to disagree with the others! I ordered a set of TopFlite XL-7000 clubs for my son over the phone! The salesman said that they could not send clubs to an address that was not listed on my charge card so I had to call VISA and add his address to the account! This, actually, is a very good thing and I told them so! Then I made a mistake in the address when placing the order and called the Customer Service and it sounded like the man was talking in a tin can on speakerphone! I told him my dilemma and he... like eagle111 said... told me to re-order a second set and that he was in the process of cancelling the first order even as we spoke! Not so!!! I received an email that TWO sets had been ordered! (Again... a very QUICK order time had it not been that they ordered TWO sets!)I emailed them right back and said to cancel the first set and that I would expect an email verifying that! Nope! Both sets were sent to my son! Follow up emails and calls went ignored and I kept getting the "The store is currently closed. Our hours are so-and-so to 6:00 p.m. CDT!" This was at 3 o'clock or so! I even called on a Wednesday and was told that they could not do anything about it until the next Monday! AGGGHHHH!!! In their favor, they DID require me to change the address for VISA, they DID send me a speedy confirmation email that it had been ordered, approved, and shipped! They just never cancelled it even AFTER I sent the email 10 minutes after receiving the first email to the CORRECT email address listed if there were any changes to be made and an hour or so before they even SHIPPED it! Follow-up customer service was very poor or non-existant!! I left messages with phone numbers AND email addresses! We were fortunate in that my son found someone who bought the clubs down there! So... good luck! "

"STAY AWAY,the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. Placed an initial order for a sunice pullover and found another I preferred so called Cust. Serv. asking to cancel the first order and wanted to place another order for the item I wanted. Was told by the very rude CS rep to place the 2nd order and he would take care of the 1st. Followed up with an inquiry request on their website which was not responded to. The site showed both items being shipped and ended up receiving the order I asked to cancel. Called CS and the rep was very rude and told to call back as his computer was not working. I called again and told him I wanted to do an exchange for the 2nd item ordered as I had received the item ffrom the order I thought was cancelled. Again the rep was very abrupt and rude stating that it had been taken care( refund on my credit card for the 2nd item) and I would have to email sales to do the exchange. To date no credit on my credit card and no response to several emails and website quires I completed. I am not one to put full faith in reviews but wished I would have found these ones prior to dealing with this company. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH THIS OUTFIT
Update: After a weekend of false promises and badgering by the company via email I have turned the issue over to my credit card company. will see if Brian ever intends to keep his word. After another week of emails and dancing around by Brian I received a partial refund. He refunded the amount of the order I tried to cancel and recieved. Will let the Credit card co. deal with him. If you are foolish enough to buy any of the positive reviews ( which I'm guessing he published) good luck Learned a hard lesson"
