GREAT EXPERIENCE!

"Honestly I had a great experience with them, I order new wheels for my car with a great discount, I called and spoke with Kyle I believe, to ask for updates and he informed in every way possible. My delivery was a like 2 days late but it was fine with me. My wheel were authentic, I am definitely going to purchase more. I have no complaints what so ever. Wonderful experience. "

Trailer hitch

"Ordered a trailer hitch for a honda pilot. It came to my house lying on the cement with no box, no invoice, no bolts to install. Tried returning and the shipping was going to cost more than the price of buying a new one so i threw this crap away at the ups store. Customer service refused to pay for the shipping and lied about the hitch be shipped in a box. There was no box when it showed up"

I GOT THE PARTS I NEEDED AT NEARLY 50% CHEAPER THAN MY LOCAL DEALERSHIP!

"I searched all over the internet searching on ebay and contacting various other parts companies both locally in SoCal and throughout the United States. All of those companies were unresponsive, rude, or unhelpful with getting the required parts needed to fix my car. Bill & Kay Honda were the only company that were able to provide me the parts, shipping to me in a week across the states and for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted by my local SoCal dealership. The parts arrived slightly damaged through shipping and they offered to replace the damaged part and repack a new on with additional care or if I was able to salvage the damaged part (as I offered to do) they would knock off the shipping costs. I managed to work on the part and salvage it and they followed through on their promise and immediately refunded me the shipping costs on the same day I requested it. Thank you Bill & Kay Honda for your kindness and quick responses to my calls/voicemail/emails to getting me the part I needed to complete the repair to my car and give me peace of mind after 4 years of enduring not being able to get my car fixed without having to pay an unreasonable price. I highly recommend this place and if you have and issue to make sure you reach out and explain it to the parts team and they will be glad to get you what you need! "

Terrible shipping experience

"Ordered front grill for Honda Pilot and paid $80+ For shipping and handling. The part arrived scratched and the box was half open and had 0 protective equipment except for a cloth bag. What a rip off. Also the part was $160 for a plastic grill trim. Expensive and poor quality what a joke company."

******* A** F*cking Site!!

"I ordered a part online and paid for expedited shipping. Got an email the next morning saying that my order was suspected as fraud and I needed to send identification in order for my order to be updated. I sent the email with the info and my order never got updated. Called back the next day and spoke with the manager and I sent my identification again to the managers personal email. Once again never did my order get updated! Then the next day they canceled the entire order! Never order from this site they are horrible with customer service and they do not update orders in a timely manner. "

Horrible Buisness and customer service!!!

"Please DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered an altenator from them for my parents van with a LEGIT CAPITOL ONE CARD and he processed the order and it goes through....then proceeds to tell me my card is a fraud and they need my driver's license my SS# and all this nonsense with out a SHRED OF PROOF of why they accused me of having a fraudulent card!!! They sent me NOTHING when I asked for the info so I can see his reasoning, NEVER called me I called them and he had some lame excuse of why he's claiming a LEGIT CARD AND CUSTOMER is being ACCUSED OF HAVING A FRAUD CARD! He said because my billing address is different from where the part is going LOL! The part was going to my parents house and because I have multiple cards???? I said sir all you had to do is call and talk to me and let me know what's going on instead of just calling me a fraud......again **** POOR SERVICE! I would NEVER do business with someone that just blatantly accuses there customers of such a SERIOUS CRIME without no proof or reason! My dad is 70 years old and he needed to take my mom to the doctors and realised his altenator was bad in there 2013 oddessy so he asked if I could help him get the part because he doesn't know how to order it so I PAID FOR IT FOR HIM and NOW because of this LAME BUISNESS OWNER I have waisted 2 days and gotta get it some where else cause of his presumptuousness and lack of common sense and good customer service!!! I've NEVER in my life with this same card or ANY CARD EVER been accused of FRAUD!!! Boycott BKHONDA PARTS!"

Worst Customer Service with Returns

"Beware if you need to return something regardless of who is at fault. You will have to pay for shipping and 20% restocking fee, this is after I already paid more than $200.00 in shipping charges. Look elsewhere, many offer free shipping. Last time I order from BK Honda Parts."

The best parts department ever!!!

"I bought lots of parts for my 2017 Honda Ridgeline after significant damage. Absolutely the best team for Honda parts out there. I have checked ALL Honda dealers in Chicagoland and NOBODY was able to beat their prices and turnaround time. Gentlemen- THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!"

Expensive and Poor Quality!

"I paid over $200 for fabric mats for my Honda Pilot. They are so light weight and thin. Not even a Honda logo or monogram on these mats.
The $20 mats at Walmart feel nicer and heavier then these, but aren’t a custom fit.
I have never been more dissatisfied and disappointed in such an expensive purchase.
Beware of what you purchase from BK Honda and online.
I will NOT purchase from them again!

Things to be Aware Of

"One thing to be aware of all these online OEM parts dealer outlets like this is the fact that parts are not likely in stock, but you are not told this when ordering by the e-commerce software. The information is in terms and services or shipping policy, etc of the website. The dealer will order the parts from Honda warehouses, receive your parts, and only then they will ship. Expect several weeks of time after order. Two weeks in my case. Happy OEM part hunting!"

5 STAR SALES & SERVICE!

"I have ordered Honda parts five times from BK Honda Parts and I am extremely pleased with their prompt shipping and competitive pricing. On two separate occasions they resolved issues with amending an order and sending a 10mm aluminum gasket that was paid for but not included in the original shipment. Shipping is within 24 hours via USPS Priority Mail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BK Honda Parts for all of your Honda needs. I will always purchase from them in the future and I believe that you should too! Enjoy your parts :-)

*The negative reviews seem to be whiners with no legitimate issues other than fault of their own. You decide for yourself.
