"This place is a total scam. They send out jewelry labeled as 14k gold but it's not and it's only about 50% gold. Their return policy is a joke. they purposely don't respond to calls or emails until near the 14 day return policy mark. Which is the most difficult thing to try and get a return from.
Took the earring to a jeweler to get it sized comparable to another. He let us know that it's not real gold. He was knowledgeable and showed us the differences between real and fake.
This place is a total scam. They likely buy in bulk from Alibaba.com a Chinese wholesaler and put a giant mark up on it.

"I am absolutely appalled by this company. They have treated me extremely unprofessionally. They canceled one of my orders because there was a 'glitch' in the system. It turns out they did not wish me to have the items at such a great deal when they were on sale and refused my purchase of 10 and said I can replace an order for 2 and that was it. Further, the people I talked to seemed to be Phishing yet they had the BM25 company name (names like "MR. VILLAIN" to contact me about my order). Further, on another order, one of the items was defective. The earring backing was too short and the post for the earring was broken as it did not fit and snapped when pushed together (for a helix). I reached out to the company and after emailing over 3 occasions over two weeks, they NEVER responded. So I contacted my credit card company and issued a dispute for the funds. That day they reached out and said please return it, and yet did not apologize nor offer to at least replace the broken part. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."
"Placed an order for nose hoops and studs. Ordered 7 or 8 pieces. Took longer than it should've to arrive. When they finally arrived I noticed I ordered the hoops too small. Never opened the packages and emailed them to get return approval. Just wanted to exchange for same jewelry just different size. Got an email back that they would needs pics of unopened jewelry as well as pic of my invoice and when that was received I would get return instructions. Emailed that back and never heard back from them. Emailed again a week later and nothing. Tried to call and I got a voicemail box. Left a message and almost a week later still nothing. Will never order from them again."
"Description says item is stainless steel. No where in description does it say the item is plated. But after wearing for a couple days my nose turned green.
I emailed them and they said the charms are plated and not stainless, but again, it doesn't state that in the description. They also sent me the wrong item, sent me a return label to return the item so they could send me the correct item. I personally would not order from here again because i don't want my nose turning green from jewelry that is supposedly only stainless steel. Hopefully I can get a refund for the item I have yet to receive. I'd rather not risk my nose turning green or wearing jewelry I think is one type of metal but is actually another.
If I wanted to pay $8 or $9 for a plated nose ring, I could have gone on wish and got 10 of them. Low quality. "

"Two of the three times I’ve ordered from this company I’ve had issues. The first time I received my order in 8 days, but it was missing one piece that I ordered two of. It took an extra three weeks and a lot of back and forth with customer service to get my missing jewelry. They also told me they were going to send a “free gift” for the inconvenience, but did not. This time, I had to contact customer service because I had gotten no shipping information on an order I placed on July 2, which I JUST received a “shipping label has been created” notice from. Not exactly shipped in 3-7 business days, and I shouldn’t have to remind a company to ship something I bought from them. I told myself the first time I wouldn’t order from here again... should have listened."

I contacted their customer service and asked them to replace it but they told me "Sorry to hear about that. :(" and proceeded to tell me that because the order was placed more than 30 days ago that they could do nothing about it. "I made a purchase for nose rings on 6/22/18. Just after four days, the tracking info had stopped being updated but I didn’t think anything of it because it happens sometimes. After a week, still no package so I reached out to customer service by email. I was told that they would contact USPS to try and get this tracking number toggled on my behalf & there would be an update within 24-48 hours if successful. 48 hours later, there was still no update to the tracking info stating that I would like a refund. A claim was “started” for the refund. I never received an update on the refund, so here I was emailing customer service once again. I was then told that USPS would be taking over the order & be the ones crediting me & given a USPS website to service my refund. After all of this, I found out that I was not eligible for a refund because of certain services I did not purchase for my package. It’s very upsetting when you spend your hard earned coin on items, never receive them, & a company basically gives you the run around when you want a refund. Never purchasing from this company again!"
"I ordered 2 of the same nose ring and a septum ring. I received my order on the last day of the shipping time, and it was missing a nose ring. The quantity was HIGHLIGHTED, but they shipped 1 not 2. I was assured via email my missing piece was being sent out. 16 business days after I placed my order I emailed again about it and was told it was sent to the shipping dept and there’s been no change to it. They asked if I just wanted a refund, no I wanted my matching jewelry. I was assured again it was being sent and they’d include a free gift for the inconvenience. Missing piece arrived two days shy of a month after I placed my order, no “sorry we messed up” gift included. It took another three emails from me asking what they were gonna do to make their oversights right... finally got a response “We can refund 50% of one nose ring.” Really? Less than $3 is all you can do for forgetting my jewelry and making me wait nearly a month to get it?"
