"I promptly paid the 3100 for game ,after nearly one month of no phone call answers or emails responses, I filed a complaint with PayPal. After a solid week of calling and not getting a real person or call back. Enough is enough. I feel they were trying to rip me off"

"Honestly I would never purchase from them ever. I had placed an order with them online and even spoke with a rep about everything regarding shipping status, arrival time, payments etc..(rep had said it wouldn't take more than a month)..and it seemed pretty good ao far. I recieved an email invoice with all the info, everything good..So one month passed and I called to see how the order status was going and they did not answer twice! I left a voicemail with my info. They never called back. So another month passed and I called 8 more times (different days, called during business hours) no response! Left voicemails... nothing! Until I called one last time and they finally answered saying they were waiting for me to answer an email regarding what color I wanted (never received email). Which in the online purchase I clearly stated I wanted a blue crane machine. So the order was NEVER placed. For such a big purchase like that they never called or emailed me. I am so glad they did not charge My card yet..This company has the worst customer service. And trust me I have been working in customer service for the past 10 years so I know what it is like, but something like this? Unacceptable! "

"We had a very bad experience with them. They wanted all of their money up front so we decided to cancel the transaction and go with a different distributor (after paying a down payment). There was 0 risk for them and 0 recourse for us. It took them a long time to get our refund check back. Also, they would not respond to me. I tried calling them for 2 weeks. The only way I got them to respond was by calling them every hour one day. It still took about 6 calls to return my call. Delivery time was 4-6 weeks. The other distributor got the game to us in less than 3 weeks."

"I ordered two coin-op pool tables from BMI and sold the current pool tables when the new ones were "shipped." Only one table showed up and it was the wrong size, and it took six weeks for the issue to be resolved. When they correct tables showed up, there was a tear in the felt which they failed to reimburse us for the damage and lost revenue. Do not use BMI!!"

"Talk about Customer Service, BMI is the worst provider I've experienced in 20 years. After about 50 hours use, the monitor on my $2800 video game goes dark. The Tech, Todd, immediately disparages the manufacturer even after I told him, the salesman, Andy P, talked me out of the warranty. Then, for technical support, he offers 2 phone numbers-1 for a tech that doesn't work on monitors, and 1 that ends up wanting $250 just to look at the machine. That's it, no technical support on how to fix. So, I bump up problem to Jay F, a manager in shipping, who promises to arrange an advance shipment of a replacement board. Great, we're all set. BUT WAIT, he then goes dark and avoids my calls even after receiving the postal verified receipt of my damaged board. COULD THEY BE NEARING BANKRUPTCY AND THAT IS WHY THEY COULDN'T SHELL OUT FEW BUCKS for replacement board or are they customer deaf?? Either way, they're a zero so I called the Manufacturer directly. They were very helpful, sending a complimentary board-no charge despite being after OEM warranty period. They even got the tech guy Todd to call offering help in installing, but who would trust them. I talked to my local repairman and he too recalled poor impressions though his details were scant. My CALL=stay far away from these guys"
