"I am very dissatisfied with their service. I ordered a product with Next Day Air shipping and payed with paypal. Payment was instant, but they did not process it until that night. Why did they think I picked and paid for Next Day Air? I wanted it fast, as it is it will take 5 days from the day the order was placed. Also their tech support is lousy. I put a ticket in asking what was taking so long, they did not respond for 4 hours. Their Tech Support Chat Applet is never staffed, everytime I went in there it said out to lunch or closed. Thise people are the worst mod chip reseller I've delt with yet."

Only complaint, Item was ordered on the 14th and it got to my door on the 28th. Item had a tracking number 7 buis days just as described, but did not actually ship for 2 days after the tracking number was given to me. Long shipping time, however, worth the wait."
