"I gave up after several attempts on putting my online order. Somehow, all five attempts ended up with the order being voided. The reason, claimed that my billing address did not match the credit card. Same card I have stored on a number of online businesses (Amazon for one). Their prices are reasonable and I’m from the Northwest so I wanted to keep the business local. I ended up ordering from a different online BMW parts site and paying a bit extra."
"I have no problem with the dealer themselves. Their prices are unbeatable, they keep decent stock. I'm not thrilled with their shipping choices though. I'd really like to see them offer USPS shipping. UPS takes 8 days from them to me in Florida. USPS Priority would do it in 2-3 days for about the same price. Even USPS First Class would be quicker, and cheaper. Make that change and you've got 5 stars. As is, I can't give more than 4."

Major engine and transmission components are easy to find. It's those little parts and odds and ends that are getting harder to find. Northwest had the part I was looking for at a good price."
"I placed an order several weeks ago and my order has yet to be delivered to my house. I received an email saying items have been delivered yet I haven't received anything that I paid for. The service provider has yet to make an attempt to locate the packages but has the audacity to tell me that I should contact the delivery people that I'm not even sure who they are or what company they are. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Don't waist your money and your time like I did not only that I'm out $300 but I have no parts to show for. "
