However, someone decided to put a fragile part inside of another part package and didn't take the time to secure it. Upon opening the package, the smaller fragile part had bounced around the 4' cavity of the larger part so much that it was out of its own packaging. I don't know what they were thinking when they assembled the order for fulfillment, but I'll have to spend extra time inspecting the part for damage."
