"First I called their parts department and left a message. No one ever called back.

Then they allowed me to order online, then cancelled my order because the parts were not in stock. Why did they allow be too go through all the work of ordering if they didn't have the parts?

Then they also stated in email they cannot ship to a different address than on the credit card. Fine, but there should be a way to work around this; none was offered. The email was abrupt and the whole process felt like they didn't care about be as a customer.

The only good thing was the diagrams and part numbers available through the ordering process.

I will not be coming back.
